How the session goes
The relaxing massage has the steadiest rhythm of anything I do. Long strokes, light to medium pressure, no stopping to talk and no point-by-point work. It is for a body that is tense because the head will not switch off: a long week, short nights, shoulders that climb on their own.
It runs 60 minutes. The table takes seven to ten minutes to set up, I need about three square metres of free floor, and at the end I pack it all away. The sheets and towels are mine: sterilised, and each one used only once before being sterilised again.
If you want more or less pressure during the session, just say so. I ask once at the start and adjust from what you tell me.
In a hotel or a rented apartment
I also come to hotels and holiday apartments in the Zona Sul — the front desk just needs to be told in advance. In practice that means one message to reception, or to whoever manages the building, saying that a massage therapist is expected. Nothing else changes: same hours, same table, same price.
Swedish massage and relaxing massage are the same session under two names. Swedish is the technique, relaxing is what people are after, and the price is the same: 60 minutes for R$ 280.

Where I work
I carry the table to Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon and the rest of the Zona Sul, to Barra da Tijuca, Recreio, Tijuca and the Centro. Joá, Itanhangá, Freguesia, Grajaú and Maracanã as well.
Outside those areas, ask anyway: depending on the day I can make it. Travel is included in the price — the Uber is on me.

Is a relaxing massage the same as a Swedish massage?

How is it different from a deep tissue massage?
The relaxing massage has light pressure and a steady rhythm, made for switching off. Deep tissue is slower and firmer, for tension that no longer answers to a light touch, and costs R$ 300 for 60 minutes.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. I need about three square metres of free floor, near a socket if the session uses a device. The sheets and towels are mine: sterilised, and each one used only once before being sterilised again.
How do I hold the date?
Cash or Pix. A 50% deposit confirms the appointment; the rest is paid at the end of the session. Let me know at least 12 hours ahead and we reschedule. After that, or with no notice at all, the 50% deposit covers the time that was held for you. If I am the one who has to cancel, you get the deposit back.
